Screen Printing Printing on White Garments Best Bang for your buck, printing on white garments is the most cost efficient way of printing. It requires less time and energy which can save you money. Printing on Dark Garments When printing on dark garments it requires additional steps. An under base of ink must be laid down when printing light colored inks on dark shirts. Then it must be dried slightly before another pass of ink is laid down. This process is called flash curing. Flash curing is done so that white or any other light color print doesn't take on the color of the dark garment. We must flash after the base print and after each additional color is applied.
Set-Up There is a one-time screen charge of $20 per color and per location. If reordering the same job (within 6 months of previous order), there is no setup cost. Any Job Older Than 6 months $10 per color and per location.
Artwork For best results and in order to minimize art setup costs:
Art Files can be emailed to sales@arenetsol.com.
Deposit And Balance We require a deposit of 50% up front to begin any custom order. This enables us to order the garments from our suppliers and begin prepping your job. Your custom order does not begin until we receive your deposit. The balance of your custom order is due at the time of pickup; no exceptions. Customers must provide a valid sales tax resale number or pay sales tax.
Orders are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Turn around times may vary depending on current production schedule. Standard orders require an average production time of 7-10 business days. This time begins the first day we receive both a 50% deposit and final art approval. A rush fee based on the complexity of the job applies to any order required in 7 business days or less.
